Loaded Dervish Deck

The Loaded Dervish longboard is one of, if not the best selling longboards on the planet. The Loaded dervish features a lower center of gravity and a torsionally stiff design, the Dervish longboards are built to hold an edge and maximize energy return. A drop-thru carver designed to work with most reverse kingpin geometry trucks and 70mm+ wheels. The dropthru design allows for easier pushing, more stability at speed, and easier sliding. The Dervish has a small flat nose and tail for manual and shovit tricks.
The Loaded Dervish longboard was designed and intended for speeds between 0 and 30 mph (0-50km/hr). You can take the board faster with skill and experience, but it is not intended for higher speeds due to its flex characteristics.
Flex
The Dervish is available in two flexes:
Flex 1: 170 lb - 230 lbs
Flex 2: 100 lb - 180 lbs

Keep in mind that a softer flex pattern will give you more control and tighter turns at a wide range of speeds, but tend to lose stability slightly at higher speeds. Stiffer flex means more energy potential and more stability at higher speeds, but will not be as forgiving and lively when cruising.

Construction
Epoxy and Tri-axle fiberglass sandwich a vertically laminated Bamboo core, pressed into concave and convex cambers for liveliness, responsiveness and high energy potential. DropThru cutouts are CNC milled for precision.
Suggested Riding Style

The board is designed for a centered, snowboard style stance. Learn to footbrake and slide. These are the safest ways to slow down at speed and they will allow you to increase your skills immensely as well as keep you safe on the hills. The dropthru design allows for more lateral pressure on the wheels. A lower stance will provide more control for stand up slides.
